At New Era Institute, experienced trainers and assessors teach and mentor future child care professionals supporting them to gain the required skills and knowledge to start their career in this vibrant and challenging industry.

During the Diploma course, students will gain a sound understanding of learning frameworks to provide a range of education and care including planning, implementing and managing programs for children.

All students need to participate in practical work experience (Work Placement) in local child care centres.

During class sessions, students will have the opportunity to practice work place simulation activities with their trainer and assessor.
